Apps I use to save money
These are the apps I currently use to help stretch my dollar. Some of these won't work for you but maybe you'll find a new one you don't know about.
Fetch Rewards- scan your receipts and earn points. I scan every receipt and I cash out for Amazon gift cards. I've cashed out $80 gift cards so far. As long as this app is around I will not stop using it.
CVS- I use this to clip store coupons. When I get to the register I just enter my phone number and the coupons come off my total. You can earn rewards cash that you can use towards your total.
Walgreens- I use this mainly to track sales because they don't usually have coupons for what I use. This is another one where you enter your phone number at the register and the discounts come off. You also build up reward cash which you can use whole dollars of towards your purchases.
Dollar General- You can clip store coupons and at the register you enter your phone number and the coupons come off. I save a ton of money with this store using only the app.
Swag Bucks- I need to use it more but you scan your receipts and they give you points which you can use for gift cards and I think paypal money
Ibotta- Scan receipts with purchases that they reward you points for that I think you can turn into cash
Upside- link your debit card to it and get cash back for gas fill ups and also certain restaurants like Burger King. I've gotten paid out twice from them, it really does work
Shopkick- You go into a store and scan barcodes of different items and you cash out for giftcards
Receipt Hog- Scan receipts and earn points. I need to use this more but I always forget
Fluz- is a new one for me I'm not quite sure how it works yet but has been recommended a lot and says that it gives you cash back.
Miles- this is an app that everyone should have. You'll earn rewards just from driving/riding. You cash out for gift cards. It takes a TON of miles but you're driving anyway, might as well get rewards. Yes, you can get Amazon gift cards.
This next one is a website that I signed up with years ago.
www.bookbub.com is a site you sign up on and it send you ebook deals daily. I have built my kindle library through free books that I have gotten through this site. You get an email daily with the offers. Currently they have deals on Amazon, Nook, and Google
